I filed my taxes with Turbo Tax in Feb 2016. I chose to have my processing fee from Turbo Tax deducted from my refund. I recieved an email from Santa Barbara Bank stating that I had to verify my identity. I did so, called them and was told my bank rejected my refund and my refund was sent back to the IRS. Santa Barbara Bank charged me $160 worth of fees...fee for processing my Taxes on Turbo Tax, fee for my bank rejecting it, and also online fee.
My bank has no history of this company trying to deposit my tax return on March 2nd as stated. It is now July 10th 2016 and I have not received my tax return. Something needs to be down with this company. It is a SCAM. They charge you all kinds of fees to make money! I have read all the reviews online and there are a lot of people who are going through what I am going through!

So I filed my taxes through turbo tax on feb 14th of this year, looked like everything was fine. Had a direct deposit date of mar 2nd. The bank for some reason rejected. Called the IRS they stated they didn't have it to call turbo tax. Found out it was actually TPG who had it and they stated I needed to verify identity. Went online did that. All of a sudden they sent me an email stating they couldn't verify me and they were sending it back to the irs. That was the first week of March!!! Here it is April 24th and still the irs still haven't received it!!! I had my fee taken out of the deposit (stupid I know now) Anyone else had this happen?? Any idea of the time frame. I need this money, I will never ever use turbo tax again. I am beyond lit!!!
