rude and bad behaviour at checkin

Hello,

I purchase a ticket from Mumbai.

My route is
BOM-BRU 15TH JAN
BRU-IST 17TH JAN
IST-VCE -18TH JAN
VCE-BOM - 25TH JAN- DELAYED TO 26TH JAN.

My PNR: VDTMAG

At the check-in counter on 17th Jan at Brussels airport.at Lane 5.at about 9am.

I was surprised by the behaviour of your employee and the way she spoke.

Episode.
I was told that my bag was overweight by 2 kgs,when my friends bag was accepted.
My hand luggage I came with a carry-on and a have a sack laptop bag from Mumbai,now today at Brussels I was told that the carry-on bag will be my hand luggage and have a sack will not be considered as personal carry-on item as it was 8kgs.and also told her that it actually just has a laptop nothing else.
I was told no laptop in today's time weighs more than 2/3 kgs so I told her that in today's time, we carry a laptop, a charger, a phone charger and a power bank.
And that was actually what was in the bag. I was still told to pay for 10 kgs
And I agreed.
I explained to the lady, blond ,Belgian I think.
That I came this way from Mumbai into Brussels
,her reply : IT WAS NOT ME,SO I CANNOT HELP YOU.
I told her ,it does not matter who you are,I am talking to TURKISH AIRLINES.

She said pay for the 2kgs on luggage and 8 lbs on you have a sack. ,which I agreed.
She didn't allow me to discuss further,just clearly told me TAKE YOUR PASSPORT,COME WHEN YOU ARE READY,
I told her please explain,and I told her that I was ready to pay.
But then she started being rude.
I asked her name SHE REFUSED
SHE SAID I AM NOT ENTITLED TO GIVE.
I asked her designation SHE REFUSED.
I also told her that I travel over 150000 miles a year on star alliance, she didn't care.
I asked her to speak to her senior,she sent me to the TURKISH AIRLINES COUNTER.
Where SALIM helped.,he heard me ,he called her ,I think her name was CELINE,
SHE CAME ,LISTENED TO SALIM,when I was about to talk,she just simply walked away.

THAT IS RUDE.

I also asked Salim, is she entitled to give name and designation, HE SAID YES.

INSPITE OF ME TELLING ME HER That I was ready to pay, she just refused to have a human conversation.

Another employee of Turkish Airline,Noorie I think, was helpful, he also agreed of her rudeness,
But a counter having such rude people, I wonder how you sustain an airline.

I even told her my father is a platinum card holder of miles and smiles, she just wouldn't stop being rude.

The most insulting part is she refused to give any explanations.
I understand she was doing her duty, but rudeness was not part of her duty.

When asked why she wouldn't give me her name or designation?

Please look into this, as my over all experience was very good on Turkish airlines.

The best part is, the same luggage without any extras went from Istanbul to Venice, Venice to Bom.

So why then so much rudeness in Brussels?

I would like to have a reply on this and a personal apology from Celine written by her and mailed to me.

SALIM AND NOORIE WERE ACTUALLY HELPFUL AND POLITE.

BUT THE BLOND,PLEASE DO SOMETHING.
As she did the same with few other customers at the same time.
