tutor jam are theives, they charged my card and i never used they services. they suck.

When I signed up; I was promised that once the first 8 sessions are over I will be consulted on the performance and then after mutual agreement the services will continue; not more then 4 session happened; no response on feedback; very poor performance and without my knowledge another 8 session was charged on my account. Non professional approach; for asking details lots of follow up was done and then was informed that only amsl amount will be refunded inspite of all the relevant details were provided:

So you are charging me for how many sessions ? 8X2 = 16 session is what you charged me for….can you tell me how have you arrived on this figure of 40 $..I paid you CAD $ 258 for 16 sessions; there are 10 sessions(Nov 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 and Dec 1, 3, 8, 10) if I count till last week from Nov 10th (which was the first session); as I expressed my concerns to you last week and we discussed the issue on 14th December; which was Monday(The reason of counting until last week) and no one anyway called or reminded for any upcoming sessions .

From Nov 10 till December 10th there were 10 session which will bring us to 6 sessions remaining(from the money paid to TutorJam) also you sent me confirmation of 2 canceled sessions which brings us to 8 session; so how have you arrived at 40$??? For 8 session?
