Missing Parcel
Dear Sir
We have arranged for pick up of 2 parcels on 8th April 2020. As the package did not arrive to the receivers in time, I expect to be paid the full compensation available on the item as soon as possible.
I am extremely disappointed in Poslaju, as we have used your company on a regular basis for important packages over the past few years, but I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of service as of late.
I have sent several emails to follow up on this matter, unfortunately I received no reply from you. It is frustrating and severe.
The matter needs urgent attention. Your immediate action is required on this matter.
