I received a bill from TxTag in November 2020 with a charge of $7.50 for tolls. I do not live in Texas nor have I visited. I've been trying to contact this agency for over a month. I was told their services were down for maintenance and they were working from home due to covid and that offices would be opened Devember 11, 2020. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes listening to this serenade...nobody has answered. I just want to know how my name turned up in their system. I live In North Carolina. Should I obtain legal services?
