Unfair Treatment

I'm extremely unhappy as I just found out U Mobile had placed me black listing at CTOS without any notice.
**No change on address and no letter sent to me.

I was happened to know when I'm going to set my family members to park under my Digi sub line however it can't be processed due to CTOS issue.
This was all about the fluctuate, unstable & lousy broadband services in year 2009. I did go to U Mobile HQ in year 2010 to dispute the service and came up with a solution to pay a bulk payment to settle the matter. I thought everything has been settled from there and there. But it turn up they blacklisted me.

This is totally an unfair treatment and damage my personal reputation. I want to bring up this serious complaint.

Please get back to me ASAP else I will bring the matter up to consumer council FOMCA & CCMC.

Lousy & Terrible broadband service
