Data coverage very low

I just switch to Umobile with signing up Package P78. I realised that my data coverage very low at only 0.49mbps at my area Bukit Rahman Putra BRP 6 and this is causing me a lot of inconvienent. but my data speed at my working place area Kepong is average at 4.88mbps. Can U mobile do something to solve this problem at my area Bukit Rahman Putra BRP 6? Or else i think i need to switch to other teleco.
