0.2 Mbps download speed with postpaid plan P79

With 3 connection bars, the postpaid plan download speed reaches only 0.2 Mbps here in Bukit Beruang(Malacca). Yes, not even 1 Mbps yet the 20 GB "High Speed Data" is written on the plan description. I started to regret it.

Please do something or I will switch to another ISP as soon as possible and tell others about this issue that I have.
