This is the most despicable company. I'm homeless because of them.
I have 8k on my card, but since my card is lost I have no way to pay my bills. The agents lack empathy and seem sadistic that they have your money like a thief. I am stranded out of state and talked to several agents and was advised I have to wait at least 5 business days to.update my addr. Why the hell that long! I was told I have no way to access my cash until my card arrives. I was told I have to update the hotel that I stayed as my mailing addr although this is my address. They seem to gloat about your hardship. Disgusting. I will be calling my congress lady.

I have been trying to get my account unfrozen for 23 days now. I have uploaded I have faxed my documents multiple times throughout each week because every time I call after waiting on hold for hours at a time I am told something different. It's either a problem reading the documents or they didn't receive the documents or now, they have receive the document but since my ID address doesn't match my new address it's unacceptable. Well when you can't have access to your funds to PAY for a new ID to change your address, what do you expect!? As of now ALL of my bills are past due, my electricity is OFF & I can't put food on my table! This has been a living nightmare! Everyday I call in every day it's a new excuse and no one I can talk to to help me. I want my account unlocked immediately because this game has gone on for far too long and is now an urgent matter that needs immediate attention. I too will join anyone that would like to file a lawsuit against this Bank.
