Unprofessional was charged twice

On 6/25/21 i went to the Uhaul location 18400N.W27AV in Miami Gardens when i got there i was ask did i make a reservation i said no i tryed then i was told they dont have any trucks they all being pick up at 5p.m i got there around 2:30 p.m she didnt give me a chance to say what i wanted she said we only have a cargo van i said thats what i wanted anyway she ask how long i needed the truck then had a problem with the time i said if im paying it up to the customer what time she said she was gonna send me a link to my phone i told her i didn't get the link instead of her resending the link i was told it doesn't matter i was given a broken key the staff doesnt greet the customer only one young lady greeted me nobody came outside to check the miles on the van or show me which van because that location is big and has lots of trucks and van i had to find the van myself then on 5/26/21 when i returned the van it had a few people in there because it was on a Saturday when i walked in all you heard was our system is having problems i gave them the key she told me thank you i said i need a receipt saying i return the van Uhaul wont lie and say i didnt return the van no no no then out the blue she ask me was a link sent to me i said no she said it must be yoyr phone i said anit nothing wrong with my phone. i didnt get the link because they never sent it to me she then came outside with me to check the miles and the van something that should have been done on 6/25/21 before i left and i went and told them about that broken key i was told we know about the broken key you just have a broken key you good i recorded that conversation i was told i went 100 miles over i said how could you tell i went 100 miles over if nobody came outside to check the miles on 6/25/21 before i left so she said we tell the customers to take a picture nobody told me nothing but i did take pictures i just forgot to start the van i took pic of the location and van before i left and when i returned the van on 6/26/21 they was looking in their system checking to see how many miles the previous customer put on the van how do i know how many miles the previous customer put on the van and Uhaul think i sopose to go by that i dont think so that's unacceptable behavior so she said the total was $126 i left my card but my bank been took out the $63.00 so i was given a promissory note for seven days for the reminding $63.19 which i paid it on 6/27/21 on the promissory note it says i rented from them on 6/26/21 which is a lie i rented on 6/25/21 and the unpaid charges is $63.19 T.D Bank been took out $63.59 on 6/25/21 i feel i was charged twice and thats why they never. sent me the link the staff there is lazy unprofessional has no manners and i will never go back or recommend that location to anyone and will be contacting their corp office the original receipt from 6/25/21 doesnt show i rented a van on it it says equipment on it and the promissory note from 6/26/21 has the van on it confirmed i did get charged twice so they had that plan so they will be refunded me my money back or i will file a complaint with the bank
