I WANT PROPER FEEDBACK

I really doubt this complaint will be dealt with, but let me atleast try.

I applied for UIF on 19 May 2021. I was retrenched in March 2021.
I have called every 2 weeks after the first month, but same thing being said.
My claim got rejected in August (according to them, it was coz I ticked off I am not a work seeker! BullS!T!!) Anyhow. I applied for a Notice of Appeal on 26 August and again on 20 September. I also re-applied for the UIF benefits, My docs was all in order, and was told call back in 20-35 days. I did. NOTHING!!!!!!!
I have no idea what is taking the Admin Office so freakin long to look at my case. But wait, when I call the one day, they tell me they received feedback. Just when they are about to tell me what the feedback is, my call ends. I call back, speaking to a different advisor, but now they still waiting for the Admin Office. WEIRD RIGHT?????
I'm sure everybody is frustrated, because I feel like they are just not doing their job properly.
HOW ABOUT ONE ADVISOR DEALS WITH ONE PERSON'S CASE??? HOW ABOUT I GET PROPER FEEDBACK FROM ONE PERSON INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WAIT 70 DAYS TO CALL BACK JUST TO HEAR THAT THERE IS NO FEEDBACK?????
But when my call gets cut, and I call back I am being told that they have contacted the Admin Office and the feedback is......... CALL ENDED!!! Call back again, "We are sorry mam, but we have received no feedback from the Admin Office. It will take about 6 months for them to get back to you!!"
How selfish of these people to not consider that there are people who lost their jobs and struggling to feed their families on NO INCOME!!!!
They don't worry, because they get paid to answer your call. They can feed their families!!
Utter nonsense I tell you!!!
WHAT MORE CAN I DO????? WHO ELSE CAN I SPEAK TO?????
