I have applied for my UIF in January 2016. Till today (5th of May 2016) I am still waiting for payment. Promises have been made but when I phoned this morning to find out what the status of my claim is its still appearing as rejected claim on the system. Nobody could tell me what I suppose to do or when I expect any payment. I've been +- 15 years employed by my previous employer and paid UIF every month. One of my ex co-workers already received his money last week. At this stage I'm struggling to pay my bills. Can you please help me to speed it up or just let me know what's the hold up.
