I then received another phone call on Sunday 20/05/2018 to let me know that the money still didn't want to go through, i told the lady that I had a issue with the bank that didn't want to accept my marriage certificate, i will contact the bank on Monday as find out what is happening, which i did.

Don't give feedback
Good Day,
To whom it may concern.
Last year around August I phoned the UIF department as I have got my own small business for more than a year at that time, to check if my UIF contributions paid monthly over to the UIF department has been received and that everything is updated on their systems, they then advised me to complete a UI19 form and email it to the following address: webmaster2@labour.gov.za, I have done this from August 2015 up until February 2016.
One of my employees asked me if they can get proof to show that they are registered at the UIF department and that their money are paid over, so I phoned them in February 2016 to ask for a declaration form to indicate all my employees are registered, only to find out that there’s showing 3 employees on their system, at that stage I already had 6 employees, so I told them this is incorrect and I did send them the UI19 forms as requested by you people and still nothing was rectified on the system. The one lady asked me what email address I used to send the documents to, I told her the email address they provided me with was webmaster2@labour.gov.za, and her response was but you emailed it to the wrong email address.
First of all when you phone the UIF department it literally takes 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone, secondly how on earth do they give incorrect contact details to their clients, how on earth do I explain this to my employees after they asked me for proof.
I have sent so many emails to them requesting to change it as soon as possible so I can show my employees they are registered, sending follow up emails since February 2016 and up till today I have not received any single response from them, not even an email indicating this was rectified.
How are we supposed to run a business if this is the service you will get from the UIF department??

UIF Payment
Im not sure if anyone will bother to look at these complaints but im just trying anything now. Im really not happy with UIF department, im a foreign national who came into South Africa in 2004. Ive been working ever since and my UIF was deducted like everyone else. 2013 July i lost my job and i went and put in a claim with UIF department. For months UIF sent me to fetch this and that and avoided putting me in the system to claim for a year! i finally managed to submit everything in April 2015 and ever since, ive been advised that department is checking if my documents are valid. At first i wasnt worried, i thought it was a normal and reasonable procedure but i kept going back for follow ups until today i went to the department and a lady advised me to just leave it because foreigners are never paid back. she said i was wasting my time and if i was clever i would just leave it. I was heart broken, why does the government take our money in pretense that its for unemployment fund when they know foreigners are not paid back? is not better to tell the truth from the start so that we know that its a donation and avoid waking up and sitting in those long ques at the department with hope that we will get something?
if anyone can help my phone number is 0748003395 or sabina2008@gmail.com
