UIF maternity benefit not received
I submitted my UIF maternity claim last year (2020) September. Have been sent from pillar to post, being asked for this and that outstanding document, as soon as I furnish whatever is said to be missing, then there is another and another requirement to be complied with. They went as far as saying I should lodge a complaint against my employer for income paid to me outside of the period in which I am claiming.
There's no responses to calls or mails, when you go to the offices you are turned back. It has truly been a painful process. I have a dent in my debts for the period i did not receive income. Truly don't know what to do anymore, please help.
