I submitted my U19 form at the UIF offices in Louis Trichardt in May 2015 and I am getting absolute no service from any of the staff in the offices. They open at 7.30am and only start serving the people only at 8.30am. They are rude and very arrogant. We all have to try and find a job again, and we cannot sit in the UIF offices the whole day , just to be ignored . I have been to the UIF offices in Louis Trichardt four times at six in the morning , so that I can be helped, but to no avail. In the meantime I have no income to support me at all.
