I applied for uif maternity via u filing at the Orlando labor offices and everything was scanned to the head office on the 9th of September 2016 and I received an SMS stating all documents had been received I must wait for 35 days, on the 27th of Oct I logged into my ufiling account but to my surprise my application was cancelled on the 14 of September 2016 and nobody had the decency to email or contact me regarding my application, on the 28 of Oct 2016 I went to the labor office at Orlando I was informed that they didn't receive my Ui19 and work schedule, can someone please advise what work schedule because on the ui19 the total work hours are reflecting.

WHY DO WE PAY UIF EVERY MONTH FOR 20 (TWENTY) YEARS. I am as I just found out, one of may mothers that have applied for my maternity UIF, but actually used a company to submit all the forms for me, paid them an amount and that was in December 2014, I went on maternity leave in the middle of January 2015, I only had 2 (two) months maternity leave as I did not receive any money from UIF and am now back at work for more than 2 (two) months. Every 4 to 5 days I phone the (012) 337-1680 option 3 number every time somebody answers they tell me they will escalate my case. Names like: Godfrey, Johannes, Justliet, Mraongwe, Tsolo, Vorster, Debra, George, Samuel, sometimes I spoke to the same person twice???? NOBODY BUT NOBODY HELPS YOU. ESCALATE WHAT !! THEY DONT DO NOTHING.
