Went on martnity leave effiective 1April 2015... went to the offices in kempton park... to date no payment has been received... South Afirican citizans pay uif and do what is required to receive money that is due to them but recieves poor services from our UIF offices... i have a child to feed nd bills to pay.. my company done their part and so have i... documents get lost,middle management cannot help accordingly.week after week we get the same story."it will take 10 to 15 days to proccess"but to date no payment has been received... it costs money to get to the offices let alone leaving a new born baby in soneone elses care to sort out this type of mess.
