Hope you well? and I hope you might be able to assist.
I would like to have some feedback on the application for UIF online payments.

The application had started on 04th March which was rejected due to short filing (documents) which no one told me about till 23rd September.
On the 23rd of Sep, I have appealed it and resubmitted it with all the needed documentation in full. thereafter it has gone for Appeal, review, and requested escalation. After escalation, they mentioned it went to capturing.

It is now 25th Nov. and I still haven’t been paid UIF for 8 months.

I called them today (25th Nov.) and they said it is now with the appeal committee which will take 90 days (3 months) to get a response from the committee.

Not sure what to do anymore.

I hope you would be able to assist somehow.
