Paid to Royal Malaysians Customs

This package UK5679MY posted by my friend from United Kingdom but when reach at Malaysia...the courier company said it onhold by ROYAL MALAYSIANS CUSTOMS and have to paid a large amount to release it through. After paid...they still cannot deliver the package to me and asking if the package have insurans or not...OMG...please help about this...what's wrong with that now...somebody please make me clear about this matter. THANK YOU
