I went to the Ulta on the Avenue in White Marsh, Md. on Friday May 18th. I was told when I made the appointment that it would be $40, but at checkout I was charged $45. The "makeup artist" who was booked to give me a professional, PERSONALIZED makeup lesson for an hour was NOT well trained, although she WAS very pleasant. My eyeshadow looked ( HONESTLY! ) like I wiped Cheetos on them, the eyebrows were OBVIOUSLY not blended and I could see two different colors used as well as they were not blended either! The BB shade she used 1) was way too light- I looked GHOSTlike and 2) my normally fine , tiny pores were REALLY made much more obvious due to the GREASY type BB cream. She only told me WHAT she as doing or WHAT she was using when I asked (and I asked MANY questions! ) She admitted she doesn't know really what Ulta HAS in their store. I want a full refund, but the customer care associate said he would send me a credit for $10 :) Where do I go from here? The manager never returned my call as he said she would, either. I DO have photos that my niece is going to help me send, but will be sent separately!
