The nonstick coating is wore off and is scratched

There is supposed to be a warrantee on the nonstick part of the pot. It is worn, scratched and no longer nonstick. A replacement pot was guaranteed replacement of the pot. There is nowhere to get a new one sent. Also if pot is to be returned, a free shipping label. Can you please help me get this taken care of. I do like my pot
