Very slow

Think twice before using umobile P99 postpaid plans. In Penang even at 4g area, with iphone 6s, at night the speed is 35kb/s on buffering youtube. Who ever think of porting out to umobile, i advise dont. Even celcom digi or maxis with 3g in Penang i can watch youtube without buffering at night. Wonder why
