My previous employer has not updated the system on his end to confirm that I'm no longer employed with his company.
All documents were received, and my claim was submitted just over 2 years ago. Unemployment confirmed that they are unable to pay me out, although the documents were all received, my previous employer has not declared my termination on the system. According to Unemployment I am still employed there. I have requested the company update the system for months now, but the employer is just ignoring my requests. What are my options?

I called unemployment last week again and they said the funds cannot be released until the employer declares my termination on system. Please assist..
