I have struggled with my UIF Claim for over a month the status on ufiling remains on sent to assesor ??is there no turn around time cleary I applied for Unemployment benefits because I have been retrenched I have 3 children to support and because I am the wrong skin colour - according to most companies I have applied for a job - I need my benefits! I've spoken to Collin- Jane - have send nbumerous emails from webmaster - uif support Calvin.Sambo. Phoned the call centre- no answer managed to get a nr for a Collin who said je would assist and phone me back two weeks later 012 337 1537 still nothing- really can someone please help!!!!!

I submitted my request via ufiling - I received an sms of payment 7-10 days - I went to the uif offices to sign after standing in the que for 4 hours- completed the form after signing - received the nex date for june - the next day - Calvin Sambo phoned to say he wants to make payment but there is 2 accounts I informed him the proof of account was already submitted on 5 april to webmaster - a week later he sends a message requestin a uif form again- how do you go from making a payment - to sending out a email that a uif form must be submitted again? I have been retrenched - I am going to be on the street as I do not have any money to pay my rent as from end of may - the call centre number gets answered maybe once a week the lady on 012 337 1537 that's Collins nr tells me he hardly ever answers his phone the 2 time when he did he promised to help - I have never ever encountered such an unwilling goverment department - how do I get my uif claim paid? ? Do they need dna samples? -
