I have submitted my documents and still awaiting approval came on the 4th November ..only.yo find out it's not yet processed...the processing officer told me she was going to process it in next few minutes..I still havent received any sms from uif office..
Had to come again on 18th November to wait in long queues again..and at 730am took the first 10 people and 11h36 the first lot of people hasnt been seen to..
This queue to see if our documents are processed or not have not moved ..this is ridiculous...
If I was given an opportunity to work here belive me clearing the queue would be my first priority...
These people cannot be bothered it's like they on a go slow.. and it means nothing to them to just keep issuing new dates to people..come stand in the heat n rain n cold just to await approval which should have been done the day you submit your documents..One should be able to receive an sms
