i have been calling there to try to get a message to a friend and the lady at the front desk was very rude and ignorant to me she dont past my message to my friend she says its not her job and all i ask is take a message dont page him or look for him if he happens to walk by just pass it to him now i dont think thats to much out of the way.im very disappointed in the service there. i dont think she being rude was uncalled for as she only just started working there.my friend still hasnt got any my messages. and i needed to get a message to him to see can he pick me up from my surgery thats all,and now i might have to cancel my surgery cause i cant get a hold of my friend to pick me up,i dont drive so its impossible for me to get there.please i would like for that girl to be dealt with she is very rude and ignorant.

Unifirt promised us compative rates, good service and uniforms that were suitable for wearing in public. The uniforms were poorly cleaned and repaired and my employees were embarrased to wear the uniforms. Unifirst did nothing to correct the situation and instead, sued me for a contract for services that I never received. I would never hire this company again and it is my opinion that they created these contracts to misrepresent what services they will provide and sue you when you want to get out of the contract. Remember, before you sign a contract with Unifirst, call a lawyer. If you have already sign a contract and are having problems, call your lawyer before you try to terminate the contract.
