Recruitment in newzealand

I came universal enterprises Jaya nagar bangalore last november 2012 and take medical test we take the canadian diagnostics hospital near national college .test fee is 4500.they told we recruit candidates for newzealand.and also told wait for may 2013.may be 250 candidates take medical test .now they changed his address and name.NEW NAME IS UNIVERSAL ASSOCIATES .IS IT FRAUD CONSULTANCY?OR GOOD .
