I have a timeshare with UVC at the Villa Del Arco property in Cabo. I have getting calls from law firms(so they say) that the company and rental agent have been illegally renting the property against the contract agreement. They state that the timeshare owners should not be charged maintance fees due to this practice. I can not find any lawsuit in regards to this topic. Has anyone have any info about this. I tried calling Resorts and UVC about it, of coarse they don't have any idea what I'm talking about. Looking for some info about this. Thanks
