No payment

Good morning

21/11/2018 I send my bank details changes documents via Postnet for hand delivery(paid R250.00 for special hand delivery).

I followed up on 23/11/2018 - 23/11/2018 and again on 18/12/2018 and was informed that the request has been send to relevant clerk.

"I have forwarded your query to the relevant clerk, Mr. Kamogelo Mmusi 011 870 3090"

He assured me on several occasions that the bank details are correct and that someone will call to verify the details. This has happened and I was promised that the money for November 2018 -January 2019 will be paid into my bank account today 25/01/2019.

This morning to my shock there is NOTHING in my account.

I called him and all he can say the whole time is he has send it for payment. I must just wait for month end it will be in by month end.

This is unacceptable. I am furious and extremely disappointed in the service. I NEED this money to pay my monthly rent and if I do not pay they will evacuate me as they have already given me leeway. I am in tears already because this is totally unfair.

I need some response please

Non Payment of Monthly Pension
