Frozen account

My card has been frozen several times they say for a change of address ive sent all the ings they asked me to send in 5 times ive lost my car im almost homeless the representatives dont care and all say different stuff im fed up and bout ready to get a case started cause i think they trying to steal mii money ive went thru this the last couple months after i fixed the issues i need my money to live its to cold for me to be outside and it's not fair PLEASE UNLOCK MY CARD SO I CAN LIVE
