Unemployment debit card never received

I’ve been waiting since April for my card to come in I talked to them a month ago and they said it would be 7-10days well it’s been 30 days I’ve called and called but no one will answer it litterly driving me nuts cuz my life depends on this money.i can call my card and it always says the same thing that I got 3000$ on it .its ashame please help please I’m begging you my name is Cory porche dob 4/9/1981

I applied for and received a "1-2-3-Rewards Mastercard". The interest rate was to be 13.99, 18.99 or 23.99%, based on "CREDITWORTHINESS". I have a credit score of 820, and I have never paid a bill late or written a bad check. My home is paid for and I have worked for the same co. for 23 years. I also keep a large amt. of cash in a checking acct. at US bank, for which I receive no interest. I have had this same checking acct at this bank for over 30 years and put up with it going through mergers and name changes. When I questioned why I did not receive the lowest interest rate, I was put on hold, transferred 3 times and basically told that I got the rate I deserved. No one could tell me what the criteria was or put me through to their underwriting dept. THAT is all a secret, apparently. Is this false advertising? YES. Is this a lack of appreciation for their customers? YES. I am moving my cash elsewhere. Does US Bank believe in ethical behavior? NO.

Use your large amount of cash to pay off the balance every month and the interest rate will have no effect.

Just because someone is behind in payments, doesn't make them a deadbeat.

You should get a copy of your credit reports.

And even if you have a good credit score, when they input your information in the computer, if you don't meet their criteria, they may not offer you the interest rate you were expecting. Because of the new regulations the government has imposed on credit card companies, the companies are making less money. That may be a reason they may have harder criteria and may be limiting how many offers they may be extending; they may not be offering lower interest rate to as many customers. PS: phone reps may not have access to the information such as 'decision making' since it is put in a computer and the answer is made using a credit matrix. If you were declined, a letter would be computer generated and you would have your reason in the letter.
