I have been locked out of my account for over 2 months since September 1st!! I called and spent hours on the phone waiting and I finally got through and she said to fax my drivers license to this fax number. So I faxed for 8 days straight and every single time it said the phone line was busy!! I even faxed at 3am to see if it would be busy and yep it was.,, they have NO right to lock our accounts!!! This is our money!!! They need to be sued but of course I don’t have the money who does!!!
