With holding information and account for my use

account was hacked the took out about $8000 dollars. I contacted the fraud department and my dispute was denied. I have not been sent a reason for denial. The hacker change my my address through Reliacard and even gave a phone number too. I’ve submitted documents multiple+++++ times for them to provide a new Reliacard. I was even told information was sent to the erroneous address provided by hackers. There is money accumulating that I can’t get to. I plan to hire an attorney but I don’t even have the denial reason. Please help I’ve been victimized twice and getting no help. Please help Daniel Grabowsky 503 621 2565

Us bank RELIACARD frozen card

Same exact story as all the rest of these people's I'm literally sleeping outside in the cold and my wife is sleeping at the homeless shelter bcuz they froze my account 3 weeks ago I sent in my selfie and Id 3 x now I call every day I've reported them to the better business bureau ..I've been in tears countless times and waited on hold for up to 5 hours for the call to just be dropped ...I'm so burnt without my money and they won't do nothing about it ...they say that their offline dept handles the unfeezing and that's fu***g bs I should be getting an attorney ..I don't know what to do they are crooks someone please help me

Account froze

My card was frozen. I have faxed as well as uploaded the required documents online. It's been weeks. Last week my we were evacuated from our home due to wildfires. We sat in a campground for 4 nights with nothing. We had no money. What the hell is going on? They have repeatedly hung up on me, I need help!

US BANK RELIACARD

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I HAVE BEEN AWARDED OVER 9,000 FROM PANDEMIC UNEMPLOYMENT. SINCE I HAVE RECIEVED MY US BANK RELIACRD I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PURCHASE OR WITHDRWAL ANY OF MY MONEY. I HAVE ALSO GONE TO THE MEASURES OF EMAILING AND FAXINGMY BIRTH CERTIFICATE ,DRIVERS LICENSE, AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD TO IDENTIFY MYSELF. AND STILL I AM GIVEN THE RUN AROUND . US BANK RELICARD HAS ALSON SENT ME ANOTHER CARD, I ACTIVATED MY CARD AND WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE PURCHASES AND WITHDRAWLS ARE STILL DECLINED WITH NEW DEBIT CARD. IVE SPOKEN TO SERVERAL REPRESENITAVES AND SUPERVISORS AND NOW THEY TELL ME I CANT DO ANY WITHDRAWLS OF MY OWN MONEY AND ALSO IF I TRAVEL FROM PHILADELPHIA,PA. TO DELAWARE STATE TO VISIT AND TAKE CARE OF MY SICK MOTHER. I CANT WITHDRAWL MONEY FROM DIFFERENT STATES AND I ALWAYS THOUGHT NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE YOU CAN SPEND OR WITHDRAWL YOUR OWN MONEY.

Card never received

My name is Molanda Hargrove. I received an email from reliacard on 05/18, which stated that my card would arrive in 5 to 7 business days. The card never arrived. I've been calling and tweeting for a response and all I'm being told is that I have to call 8552826161. I'm on hold for up to an hour at a time and then I have to go because I work on the front lines. I received one answer via phone, which was a woman that told me that she needed to transfer me. I waited for another 45 minutes after being transferred. I currently have my old reliacard, which says that I have a balance of $204, but that card expires on 02/19.
Can someone please give me an answer? If I didn't need the money, I wouldn't be going through all of these steps, just so I can report my call lost. I can be reached at 678-733-6673

Unable to reach customer service

I Filed for unemployment recently and my money has been loaded onto a US bank reliacard. My reliacard card has been lost and I’ve been calling the customer service number on their website for a week. 1855 282-6161 and
1855 233-8374. I’ve been holding for over 6 hours just hearing background music and then eventually my call is cut off. This happens every time I call. I have to call in to report my reliacard lost so that I can have a new one sent out. My unemployment money is trapped on this lost reliacard and I cannot access it ! There are millions of other Americans with the same issue. This has to be resolved immediately ! I need my unemployment money ! I’ve been laid off for 5 weeks now and the only US bank relicard numbers for customer service are not working or no one is answering the phones ! Completely unacceptable ! I need my money the State has issued me! My family and children are suffering and we can’t make it without this money! Do something now before this destroys more families lives !
