Hey my name is Donovan fikes Jr I've been dealing with this for almost 2 weeks now the verification online does not work it says down for 30 minutes they keep talking about a fq or q Link can't find that because they lock my car so I can't get in my mobile banking or I can't get on my online banking to even access it I currently stay in a hotel for about I don't know over a month and a half now I can show proof of payment that I've been here over a month and a half what is there is there any way that I can get direct deposit or get my account information or work something out or upload my information or documents on here I don't know what else to do and due to reasons why people like me can prove who we are we Sol and get homeless and get kicked on the streets because other people and the system is not doing it correctly by shutting people's accounts now then they can't upload their information or do what they need to do
