My card is unknown according to the atm

Please call me Jack Truhlicka 712-527-0360, as my card is not working. I have called and called waiting for hours and no person comes on the phone. I called the number on the back which is 855-233-8372, and have also called 855-282-6161
I need to get money off my card.
Please help.
