Account frozen/locked

I fought for 2yrs to recieve my backdating money owed to me from unemployment which was little over $17,000dollars.First day the money was put on there 4hours later it was frozen and locked. I was told to order a new card because supposedly a man trying to Disguise his voice as a woman’s and was told he had a Foreign Accent from your customer service I paid to have it Expedited i recieved it 2days later but wasn’t able to get it activated the day i recieved it. I had to do verify ID which I did not mind BUT…every 2to3 days my card would be locked again so again I was told to do verify ID now I must have done verify ID about 40/50times in the last month and a half! Last Sunday I tried to take my 2daughters out to lunch and do some Xmas shopping but had to come right back home because my card again was LOCKED!! Customer service unlocked it for me and supervisor could see just how many times I’ve done verify ID. So again it was unlocked and that was the last time I had any access to my money the only money I have right now to live off of! So all last wk and now this week I was told to do verify ID again and again for now I’m told what I submitted was DENIED which to me is just a little crazy why would it be denied when it was the same driver’s license and new picture of me every time but now denied! No one will tell me anything and now I’m going on 11days with no money and told I have to wait to hear from Reliacard that they have to call me! You would think with the holidays just days away they would contact me but NO NOW 11days and nothing! I have no turkey or sides to even have Thanksgiving dinner and by looks of things who knows if my kids and grandma kids will even get to have a Xmas! They didn’t have one last year cause I was to buzy fighting with unemployment to get this money and just recieved it a month a half ago! I truely don’t understand what is going on but it would really be nice to kno! I can’t even put gas into my car to maybe have dinner with other family members or friends! Seems to me that Reliacard could care less bout there customers!Because here I am in the dark bout what’s going on and no phone call yet and it’s been 11days! I’m so beyond upset bout this and so are my children. I’m bout to be outta food completely and no one seems to care! I hope everyone working for Reliacard who are taking there good old time has a wonderful dinner with family and friends when my family and I will be just sitting here waiting on Reliacard call!!
