I received my Unemployment payment in the US bank Reliacard. On sept 11th I saw a activity in my card that I didn’t made so I called card services to get a new one and then sent me a new card after 10 days but when I tried to activate the card it said I can’t. I called to card services and they required me to fax ID, W-2, the card ID number and SSN. I did faxed it and ever since I been calling everyday to know my status. After 1-3 hrs on hold every agent that I speak with give me a different answer, most of the recommended me to re fax the docs and I done this 4 times already. Now every time I call they say my card can’t be activated. I asked to get a contact in which can tell me why my card can’t be activated, if they are missing information I need to know in order for me to send more proof. Now I have over 2k in that account that I need and I can’t use it and UD bank don’t give me any clear solution, they just end my call saying that they can’t do anything about it and I know that money is mine and I need it.
