I have had my address changed..US bank reliacard sent my card to wrong address gave me 2 wrong tracking numbers..I have sent numerous fax in providing my identification..They keep saying my new address does not match the address on my I.D.I just moved to my new address and dont have the money to get a new I.D because they have my reliacard and holding it hostage.I have even sent numerous fax of my new rental lease..one person tells me all my needed information is correct and call back 3-5 bussiness days and they will send my card out..I call and they say well your address on your I.D dosent match your address your living at..what a joke Like i tell them I have no bills or anything comeing to my new address yet and all utilities included in rent..im so broke theres over 3000.00 on the card and they wont send it to me..Im about to flip ive spent hrs on the phone with them..I just went through the identification process with unemplyoment for over 2 months than they prooved my idenitiy than U.S bank wont send me my fricken card..this is the worst time to be messing with peoples money..Im about homeless my bills are pileing up hardly able to afford to eat..Im begging will someone please help me!!!
