I got a phone call one night saying that I won a gold watch and telling me that I have special offer on ordering magazine. The person who was talking to me on the phone for the confirmation did not give me the phone number clearly and did not confirm that did I hear the phone number clearly, nor telling me write it down for future reference, which caused me cannot call back to cancel the account. After a month they send me a bill saying that I owe them money. Right now I am going to send letter to that company demanding for an answer! I hope people who are deceived by this company stand up and fight those sneaky people. Do something responsible for people around you and yourself. Do not let them scam you that easily!

I am dealing with this right now, I have been told i am being taken to court numerous times but no papers have been served in 2 years. I was just on the phone with a collection agency I owe $786.99 but they dropped it to 200$ if i pay now. So i asked for a letter in the mail before I make any payments. They tell me that they emailed me a bill. Sorry anyone can email a bill. The "supervisor" got really rude when I said no I would like a letter sent by postal mail. She told me to delete my email and i can pay the $786.99 and hangs up. Then 5 minutes later they called back again. The best part they tell me they can only take payment by credit card or debit card. I cannot send a money order or check. Sorry I never heard of this before, a collection ageny thay doesnt take a check or M/O, sounds a little fishy to me. My dad said about the sending a letter in the mail while I was on the phone and the "supervisor" said have him pay your bill...lol unreal the nonsense I am stuck in. They charged 49.99$ numerous times a month to my debit card so I canceled it. they even charged another creditcard I had money without me even giving them the numbers or authorizing them to do so...they call my house my cell phone and my wife's cell phone. the only number they had was my house phone number I have no idea how they got the other 2 numbers. if anyone knows anything I can do to resolve this anyway please email me [email protected]
