Won’t stop calling after telling them to remove me from their call list

They harass me daily. The calls will not stop. 10-20 times a day from different countries codes and area codes. Have asked them to stop calling. Have requested to be removed from their call list. I have even registered on the do not call list. Still they call. I just want them to stop.
