Constant calling

I have been receiving 5-10 calls a day for EIGHT YEARS! I am told my only option is to change my phone number since NONE of our US agencies will ever do anything to stop the illegal selling of prescription drugs coming from India! I have had my phone number for 20 years and will not change it. Can someone PLEASE help us end this madness?????
