my name is David Gonzalez and my issued card by us reliacard was placed on restriction while on my way to a potential job and was locked without notice.I wasnt sent any message on my mobile ap ,email , or text so I called them and they stated they needed to verify my identity again yes because this is the second time so i sent them numerous times my I.D the first time and again this second time but now my I.D has expired and our gov offices are only working thru appointments due to the pandemic but as stated on reliacard notice for verification it states the verify three different ways 1 any gov I.D 2 a selfie which i provided 3 or a related document like a birth certificate or ss number which I keep insisting them to follow there own rules however they dont and we i was stranded with my wife and a one year old without gas or food and had to hitch a ride back home ! Also they all seem to be supervisors and all are rude...Worst bank ever and as soon as I win in court and get my money back I am never dealing with this bank again!

To whom it may concern I have a u.s. ReliaCard the account is locked I can't get the money off of it because they're saying something suspicious route going on so I called to put in a replacement they never sent me replacement card and I have money on this card and I can't get my hands on it money on this card and can't get my hands on it it would be great to be greatly appreciative if someone would send a replacement card I don't know what restrictions are on it cuz nobody will not tell me but I need my money so either I just need a replacement card sent to me so I can get my money off the card I really would appreciate it I need done ASAP I'm tired of the runaround
