This company is a complete joke. DRIVERS DO NOT COME AND WORK HERE -----'YOU WILL REGRET IT VERY QUICKLY.

The manager here at this particular customer for US1 Logistics is a complete idiot and a militaristic dictator in the way he treats people. He needs to read the book How to Win Friends and Influence People for sure. He has no respect for the driver and to him drivers are a dime a dozen. He will tell you upfront that he does not micromanage but he micromanages everything. In the many meetings that he always holds so that he can be little us drivers, he always ask if anyone has any complaints or issues and if you speak up then you probably are fired and next day. So as a result no driver say anything during the meetings. We have heard some rumors that the customer has told US1 Logistics that if they do not get rid of this manager then they will cancel their contract with US1 Logistics. I have been a trucker for many many years and this is the worst person I've ever dealt with as a boss. Word is starting to get around to drivers thinking of applying here that this is a very bad situation so do yourself a favor do not apply with US1 Logistics.

Also the human resource department tells you to submit a written complaint about your supervisor and that your job will not be in Jeopardy as it will be kept confidential and then will present it to the manager here and you will end up fired. So the upper management is Liars just like the on-site management manager are.
