My ReliaCard has been locked for a month. A transfer I made to my business account was returned to my card without even notifying me. Then my card was locked and I have had no access to my money since.
My bank info is in my PUA account and I originally requested direct deposit, as did many others. Instead, we were all sent debit cards so they can control our money. I was told to FAX a government ID but am uncomfortable faxing to an unknown number instead of a person. Who knows where the fax will end up or who will see it? It is identity theft waiting to happen. Three calls to Customer Service and emails to senators have resulted in nothing. I want my money.

I tried to track my card and it says it was printed July 9th, but says to check back for mailing date!??!?!?!? My daughter did hers like 4 days after me and she got her card!!! Please let me know why, is it because I signed up for Direct Deposit first and changed it?!?! I am borrowing from my daughter and I don't have any answers as to when I can pay her back! Please anybody knows about this click the email button and tell me!
