This "ReliaCard" is UNRELIABLE!!
Customer service is a waste of your time calling and a waste of your breath to talk to.
I've had this child support case for over a year as well as this card. The only time I've received a late payment is If there was a holiday. It is usually deposited on Tuesdays. If a holiday I receive it on Wednesday.
Last month I call on it to hear I have a balance of $XX.xx, I go to use my card DECLINED!!! FORM OF DEBIT, DECLINED!!!! CREDIT, DECLINED!!!! ATM, DECLINED!!!!! But still a balance of $XX.xx, wth?!?!?
I call customer service they inform me they noticed suspicious activity on my card from GREAT BRITAIN???????!!!!??? THEY CAN'T INFORM WHERE FROM OR HOW MUCH IT TRIED TO PULL OUT OF MY ACCOUNT?? EXCUSE ME WHAT?! not to mention I have text alerts I never received a thing about them licking my account, suspicious activity, attempted withdrawal or anything not even my balance, following week no balance???!!
Now I should've received a payment on Oct 4 Tuesday it's now Oct 9 Sunday..... NOTHING!!!
I call card services ...... pointless!!!!
FOC TELLS ME WELL IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE ANY OF YOUR PAYMENTS BY THE END OF THE MONTH LET ME KNOW!! Um I have bills to pay that are automatically drawn off the card so because ive relied on you unreliable ReliaCard my bills will now be late!!!!!!!!
This is called child support for a reason!! Choose a better company, card, or a better form and way for us to receive payments cause this is no longer working!!!!!!!!
