Re lie a card

I have one word disgrace this bank is by far the worst bank ever my account was deactivated since Dec. 20,2020. Representatives tell you anything to get you off the phone was told to verify I sent in ss card, birth certificate, ID, bank statement, head of household even had to write a letter even send her ID I felt as if I’m trying to get my taxes from the irs this is crazy and don’t let me forget about my 3 selfies I had to send. Was told 3-5 business days to call back I called back was told 10 business days and to call Unemployment I called was told there were no verification holds my account was good it’s on usbank relia card end I called back demanding to escalate my situation why representatives told me it was escalated to call back tomorrow I called some more BS at this point I’m at my last draw with this company as soon as my card gets deactivated I am burning this card and never ever relying on re lie a bank again as of today I am still waiting on some offline team to review my documents 4093494023

Frozen account

I am having the same problem. For the pat 3 days I have been told to send my I.D., social security card and believe this, a selfie. I was in total disbelief. They refuse to release MY money. I know believe that they are stealing my money or my identity. WTF???

Customer Service

Customer service representative are rude and unhelpful. I am now requesting my 4th card from them because of what they say is fraudulent activity without any explanation of the activity and can’t provide answers that help my account specifically as if their reading from a script. I paid for expedited shipping and still cant use my card and there absolutely no solution up fourth other than keep waiting 5-10 business days for a new card.

Bad service

They want answer service line I’ve been on hold sence 8am they lie said my card would be here on 14 of July 2020 not here I got bills to pay want give tracking number or give me any information

Customer service

On hold for over 5 hours trying to get ahold of someone its ###, I need a new card for my unemployment account which has my money I cant get to since I dont have a card from 5 years ago. I'm running out of money to feed my son
