I’m dealing with the same issue. Been calling usbank trying to figure out why my card was frozen. Finally, an agent stated that I filed a dispute and didn’t send a form back. I no longer needed to dispute because I spoke with merchant. This now have been five days. I have complied with all the demands such as, sending my ID social and last paystub of employment. I have grandkids and have specified this on several calls. I explain to them that I spoke with the States attorneys office
