They won't give me my money

I got 4000$ dollars deposited from my unemployment they out a block on my card soon as the money hit so I called them they told me it was a fraud block and I needed to verify my identity well I did and did everything they told me to do but yet they still have card locked in gonna be homeless I cant eat or nothing please get my money
