ReliaCard

I talked to someone about charges made on my unemployment card they sent me a print out are my charges and did not hear from anyone they said they never got a call back I had to sign and I do what you do it is like for you months worth of unemployment. I didn't even know I was receiving but it does seem like it all went to Google a real lot of money

replacement of new card not arrived on time

On June 4, 2021 I called customer service and talked to a guy I didn't get his name and ID numbers but he collected my information to replace my expired card then he told me it will take 5 business days to wait for the card to arrive, so on June 10 that would be the 5 business days since I waited for the card and I didn't received any card so I called back and talked to a lady I have her name and ID number but I'm not going to share but she told me now she just going to mail the card and she said the guy that was help me before put a note in my file I need to call back in 5 business days to order a card which that's not what I been told. WHAT A FOOL! IDIOT PERSON YOU SHOULDN'T BE A CUSTOME SERVICE IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR DO IN. SO I'M GOING TO CANCEL THIS FREAKEN CARD AND USE MY BANK TO DEPOSIT MY CHILD SUPPORT INCOME. That is a food money for my kids and you didn't send the card I request. BAD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THE COMPANY HIRE YOU TO SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMER. IF YOU CAN'T DO THE JOB GO GET A BROOM!

On Friday March 5,2021 i called reliacard to dispute a charge from microsoft for $105.99. I talked with a woman who tried to help me and explained that i should try to call microsoft and see if they would just credit me the money back so i wouldn't have to dispute with reliacard or cancel said card Instead I should dispute it through microsoft. After countless emails and phone calls no one answered due to Covid-19. I called reliacard again on march 11th 2021 to dispute the microsoft charge again, and was told I will have a new card within 3-5 business days after explaining the urgency of having no money because I finally got a call back for a job I was supposed to start on Wednesday 3/17/2021 and didn't have gas to get there. The card should have arrived on March 17th (4 business days) along with my last unemployment ,payment and the dispute form for microsoft. After not receiving the card I called on the 17th,18th, and the 19th. On Friday the 19th I finally spoke to someone in the department of communications she said she would have the card expedited and it would be here on Monday 3/22/2021. But, she failed to tell me I had a different card already on the way which I received today 3/20/2021 and it was deactivated. So, after losing my new job, not being able to eat or feed my cat I still have no money and reliacard hung up on me again.I have had a breakdown, and dont know what to do anymore. The other thing I received today is the dispute form for microsoft which was supposed to be mailed back within 10 days of the initial dispute (3/5/2021) Now it being 5 days late I cant dispute the charge with that paper so I would appreciate it if you would give dispute it for me, for the $105.99

Received a US Bank Reliacard

Received in the mail a Debit visa card showing www.usbankrelia card.com on the activation sticker. Have tried many times to reach CS at phone on back of card. Still not able to talk to a person.
Called US Bank and they said to call number on back of card, Us Bank only supplies the card. They said this is an Unemployment card. I am 76 and have not called nor applied for unemployment.
How did Unemployment get all my info and send me this card.
Concerned what else is going on with my credit, etc.

cant get ahold of anyone on the customer service line on hold for an hour without even speaking to anyone ad the call just ended this is unacceptable

My account has been on hold for 2 weeks

2 weeks iv been locked out of my account and still nothing iv been on hold for I don't know how many hours iv been all over the internet I have my stimulus and 3 unemployment checks wtf I'd appreciate it if you would do something there's no need of it thanks
