I am approved and eligible to receive unemployment in pa I had a usbankreliacard but I lost it so I had to order a new one which I received on Friday august 14th I tried to activate it but it said I had to call the number on the back of my card they told me I had to fax in proof of my identity which I immediately did I have the funds on the card and I am 100% eligible to receive the benefits here it is Wednesday august 19th and my card is still not active this is bs I have bills to pay and food to buy

i have had my card deactivated for no reason i had to order a new her i am two weeks later no card bils gettin cut off need goceries and i cant get a person on the phone for anything i have spent two and a half hours on hold to be hung up on multiple times the one time i had someone on the line they told me i cant help you ill have to transfer your call to which i waited over 3 hours and my call was cut off when they answered the line i dont know when or if my card is coming im a single mother and im struggling to make ends meet as it is without some bank holding money that i can use to find my chldren and keep my water and lights on i dont know what the hell is going on but something needs to be done now once i get a card in hand im going to open a real bank account because the shit usbankreliacard is pulling far from reliable i wouldnt recomend this compnay to my dog
